Nike SB introduced the ‘What The Dunk?’ as part of their “Nothing But the Truth” campaign, which marked the release of their first full-length skate film featuring the Nike SB Team Riders. This unique design draws inspiration from 31 different Nike SB Dunks, incorporating various elements like panels, shoelaces, tongues, outsoles, and stitching from all of them. Out of these 31 Dunks, only one was never available to the public. The striking neon green lining on the left shoe comes from the legendary ‘eBay Dunk’, which was a one-of-a-kind release. While the ‘What The…’ concept has been applied to several other shoes, the original idea began with the Nike SB Dunk.
